LofiBot is a Discord bot that provides music playback for online communities. We process limited information for service operation, reliability, analytics, and optional paid features. This Privacy Policy explains what we process, how it is used, and the choices available to server owners and users.

We process limited information related to how the Service is used, including server and channel identifiers, command and playback activity, basic configuration preferences, service diagnostics, and aggregated analytics events.

Server owner responsibility
By adding LofiBot to a Discord server, server owners confirm they have the authority to enable third-party bots and consent to the processing of information required to operate the Service. Server owners are responsible for informing their members about LofiBot’s presence and features.

Our service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by LofiBot. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Opting out
You can stop most processing by removing LofiBot from your Discord server. Some information may remain in logs, backups, or third-party systems for a limited period, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Requests related to privacy or deletion may be submitted through Support. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests where feasible, but complete removal from all third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, contact Support and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
