LofiBot is a Discord bot that provides music playback for online communities. We process limited information for service operation, reliability, analytics, and optional paid features. This Privacy Policy explains what we process, how it is used, and the choices available to server owners and users.
Collection of data
We process limited information related to how the Service is used, including server and channel identifiers, command and playback activity, basic configuration and listening preferences, approximate location such as country or region, limited information stored on your device or browser, basic contact details provided in connection with optional paid features, service diagnostics, and aggregated analytics events.
We do not store message content, private messages, member lists, or contacts. We do not handle payment card details. Any information we process is limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
How we use data
We use processed information to provide core playback functionality, maintain reliability and security, prevent abuse, monitor service health, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Service.

By adding LofiBot to a Discord server, server owners confirm they have the authority to enable third-party bots and consent to the processing of information required to operate the Service. Server owners are responsible for informing their members about LofiBot’s presence and features.

Our service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by LofiBot. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Opting out
You can stop most processing by removing LofiBot from your Discord server. Some information may remain in logs, backups, or third-party systems for a limited period, subject to operational and legal requirements.
Requests related to privacy or deletion may be submitted through Support. We will make reasonable efforts to honor requests where feasible, but complete removal from all third-party systems cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices and rights
