This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and billing-related abuse handling for LofiBot Plus.

Refunds

LofiBot Plus subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and provide immediate access to Plus features.

Because Plus features are enabled instantly, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

That said:

  • If you were charged in error
  • If Plus did not activate correctly
  • Or if there was a technical issue on our end

Please contact us through the support page and we will review the situation.


Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancelling stops future billing
  • Your Plus access remains active until the end of the current billing period

No further action is required.


Abuse and chargebacks

Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or chargebacks that violate platform policies.
